We require an experienced Practice Manager to take on this new and exciting challenge.

The Role
- As the Practice Manager, you will be joining a new medical centre in Dandenong. You will be directly involved in the growth and overall smooth running of this practice, including team development and staff management.

**Job Type**: Full time

Practice Manager Key duties:

- Management of the general day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of Medicare/health fund billing and systems
- Experienced with Best Practice software
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- High-level communication and customer service skills
- Experience with managing and building rosters
- Provision of timely and comprehensive reporting, including budget setting, efficiency measures, performance management
- Experience with people from all social groups and walks of life
- Conflict resolution skills
- Good relationship-building and management skills
- Ability to develop the practice and bring on new staff
- Ability to create efficiencies and maximise productivity
- Maintenance of professional relationships and liaison with external service providers such as Bank personnel, Accountant and medical/goods suppliers.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
