Do you have a background **in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service** and are PASSIONATE about cars?

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join Autosports Group (ASG) and work with brands such **as Aston Martin, McLaren and Rolls Royce** under the Bespoke brand.

This is an entry level role and you will be given a mentor to help train you on a day to day basis.

We are looking for a person who has excellent customer service standards & proven results with high-level time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Reporting to the Service Manager you will;**
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service and prepare them for hand over to a qualified service advisor.
- Be a point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Call customers prior to their service to ensure they are aware of the appointment.
- Make follow up calls to ascertain the customers satisfaction with the service
- Assist with the completion of all relevant paperwork
- Work closely with the team to learn the correct and safe manner of carrying out processes.
- Move vehicles as required
- General administration and other tasks as required.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with all customer types.
- The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary.
- A current FULL driver's licence
