Clintons Toyota is on the lookout for a career-driven Trainee Service Advisor that is looking to join an award-winning team Working across both Gregory Hills and Campbelltown locations, this is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to exceed and operate within a family-owned business.

Key Responsibilities:

As your training progresses your day will consist of:

  • Providing superior customer service
  • Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
  • Greeting customers as part of our driveway check-in service
  • Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
  • Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle during the day
  • Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
  • Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
  • Following up lost opportunities

The right candidate will have:

  • A genuine desire to help people
  • Friendly & positive personality
  • Patience and understanding, the ability to show empathy
  • A valid NSW drivers licence
  • Basic understanding of how a car works, things that need to be replaced like brakes and tyres
  • Clear verbal and written english skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Administrative and computer skills
