Based in our Glen Waverley office, we have an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, passionate and credible, People and Safety team A seasoned team, working across a diverse range of professional disciplines, who pride themselves on their inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
This hybrid (three days in the office, two days at home) role is an excellent fit for a HR professional with project management experience and passionate about improving stakeholder experience.
Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will be equipped and supported at every turn whilst also creating real value for internal and external stakeholders.
About the Position
In the Talent Team we have been on a journey to modernise our processes, tools and systems and improve the overall stakeholder experience for all. This role will continue this and allow you to jump in and own initiatives such as:
Updating and modernising communication templates
Streamlining HR requests in PageUp and updating communication templates
