Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and managing complex patient bookings? We're excited to offer you the chance to join our team as a Medical Receptionist/Booking Agent, multiple positions available working at our Caboolture or Wavell Heights regions, between the core hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly.

**Your Role**:
As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for:
**Customer Service**:

- Handling complex booking inquiries with professionalism and courtesy for the Brisbane North region.
- Assisting clients in scheduling and managing their bookings.
- Providing comprehensive information about our services.
- Assisting local referrers with report, imaging and patient enquiries.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of booking information.

**Confidentiality**:

- Protecting client personal and financial information.
- Adhering to privacy protocols at all times.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in customer service or booking roles is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Energetic and quick-thinking.
- Able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Motivated to achieve company objectives and meet KPIs
