Our National Key Account Team drive in market excellence and take our retail partnerships to the next level. The position of Key Account Manager - Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) is responsible for driving and influencing continual growth in sales for assigned accounts through strengthening retail relationships and developing customer plans, whilst strategically influencing at a National level to drive Miele brand advocacy and grow Miele's share of business.

**About the Role**:
This role will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer accounts (MCA's) and stakeholders with Key Account Head Offices in conjunction with the Senior Key Account Manager
- Formulating and maintaining Annual Strategic Account Plans (BDPs) for the defined accounts
- Drive the centrally agreed plans with the Sales Field Team to achieve engagement and store support
- Engagement with relevant Key Account Head office stakeholders to ensure implementation and execution of Key Account Plans
- Working across Miele's departments (sales, marketing, finance & operations) to gain support for customer initiatives to ensure successful execution in market
- Ordering, Inventory and Distribution - working with the CS&L function to formulate a rolling 12-month demand forecast and ensure product availability at all times to meet market demand, especially during peak promotional periods
- Increasing domestic and key account turnover and profitability to achieve budget levels

**About You**:

- Account Management level experience in retail, sales management and analysis or franchise industry - encompassing exposure to the white goods/small domestic appliance industry and businesses operating in a geographically dispersed network
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organisation
- Ability to influence others effectively and negotiate at all levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and establish internal/external networking opportunities
- Ability to identify complex systems and process problems and look for practical solutions to overcome these in a timely fashion
- Demonstrated ability to identify resources, develop and implement plans to achieve outcomes to complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to generate original solutions and unique ideas
- As the role will be required to travel to different retail partners, you will be required to hold a current drivers' license and own or have regular access to a vehicle
