**What you'll do**:
Based in our state of the art Fulfilment Centre located in Marsden Park, manage the inbound process and team members to ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved for Goods In and Put Away departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Management**: Oversee task allocation, performance management, and team attendance.
- **Inbound Process Management**: Ensure timely receipt, processing, and put away of deliveries and transfers.
- **Returns Process Support**: Manage the processing of customer returns within timelines.
- **Reporting**: Provide performance and operational reports as required.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct audits and investigations.
- **Communication**: Lead team briefings and escalate issues to senior management.

**What you'll bring**:

- A passion for safety, health and wellbeing of team members.
- Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse/DC environment.
- Strong team-player who champions an inclusive culture and can drive team values.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage warehouse staff.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple accountabilities through to completion.
- Strong problems solving skills, with the ability to utilize 'Plan, Do, Check, Act' principles.
- Proven ability to drive improvements through strong communication and clear delivery of plans within the departments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
