**Inbound Team Leader Role - FMCG - AFTERNOON SHIFT - 3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday**

**The role**:
The Inbound Team Leader will be responsible for Inbound area looking after Scheduling and Loading/Unloading of Trucks, Chillers inventory control, timely receiving and scanning stock into correct locations & ensuring the availability of the required material as per the production plan. This will involve the handling and managing people, procedures and equipment.

**Essential experience needed**:

- Experience leading a team in receiving area
- Experience within a fast paced, high volume plant, featuring a complex environment
- Demonstrated success in Leading & Developing teams
- Extensive Industry experience, across Distribution, Warehouse & Transport operations, with demonstrated strategic focus
- Experience managing Fresh (short shelf life products) in a fast paced environment
- Experience in KPI reporting - DIF/DIFOT
- Goods receiving & stock taking experience
- Organised & Logical thinker who can prioritise, time manage & can deal with pressure in a busy warehouse environment.
- Computer (word, excel, outlook savvy). Experience working with warehouse systems.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the FMCG/ Short Shelf life space
- WMS experience
- Solid MS Word and Excel skills
- Analytical ability and problem solving (root cause analysis, process improvements & corrective actions)
