Overview

Team Leader will be responsible to lead, manage and organize Inbound or Outbound teams within a department, monitor productivity, support Inbound/Outbound in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by proactive analysis of logistics processes and management of workflows, lead the team through Department relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Ways of Working to secure customer expectations, ensure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way according to H&M operational & sustainability standards, conduct inventory counts, understand core features of systems in WH (i.e. E2E product flow & impact), run day-to-day operations, identify risks and issues within the department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/Export, where relevant, and be responsible for all reporting to secure daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to conduct inventory counts

  • Identify risks and issues within department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/Export, where relevant
  • Responsible for all reporting to secure daily operations
