We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of
Business Development Associate
.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business development projects, coordinating customer relationships, and ensuring operational delivery.
Lead project day-to-day activities, including proposal development, data tracking, and post-sale follow-up.
Coordinate customer-facing projects, particularly those linked to clinical trial activities.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
Act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and third-party partners.
Facilitate regular project check-ins and identify project risks promptly.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or business development support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead project day-to-day activities, develop project plans, and act as the central point of contact.
Customer Support & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary contact for existing customers, anticipate needs, and provide proactive updates.
Operational Delivery: Align internal workflows with BD objectives, monitor and refine internal processes, and introduce process refinements.
A background in a clinical, research, biotech, or similarly regulated environment is highly regarded. Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms, or grants management is also desirable.
