Property Management - Leasing Consultant Drummoyne, NSW ABOUT THE JOBBelle Property Drummoyne is a well-established, industry-leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner West.We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team.
The ideal candidate we are looking for is an enthusiastic, hardworking leasing consultant to assist us with all facets of leasing.
This role requires a high level of trust, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting our clients.If you are customer service-focused, solution-oriented, have a positive outlook, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDERecording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and rentersExamining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.Screening prospective renter/s to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.Routine inspections, and ingoing InspectionsREQUIREMENTSMonday to Saturday, 5-day work week (with a day off during the week)Certificate of Registration and/or licenceValid driver's licence and reliable vehicleLeasing Experience of at least 1 year is essentialProficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP dataStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
