**Work options**: Hybrid

A Solution Design Lead to design an equity clearing, settlement and post-trade (corporate actions) platform from the ground up. This includes understanding high level requirements, designing high level solution architecture including integration and data management layers.

Work throughout the multi-year delivery project as main solution lead and architect.

**Responsibilities**
- Techo Functional Solution Designer to design systems and frameworks related to Equity derivatives clearing such as central clearing, uncleared margin rules, including general project management, business requirements analysis, solution design, user testing, data digitization, problem solving.
- Take ownership on the functional and technical design of all enhancements delivered on our OTC Clearing platform.
- Deliver best in class technical solutions based on strategic Engineering Excellence principles and practices.
- Understand the business of OTC derivatives and post-trade process and transform it into user requirements.
- Automate the manual reports or other essential manual workflows on user side
- Work with team members / other inhouse parties / vendors to enhance the collateral management system solution.

**Required Must have Skills**:

- ** 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in equities clearing**:

- Expert Equity asset class knowledge
- Strong exposure to Equity Post-Trade including corporate actions
- Exposure to Equity Clearing and Settlement
- ** FULL working rights in Australia**

**Nice to have**:

- Other asset classes (IRD, FXD, FXMM)
- Exposure to integrating Equity Clearing software packages such as Nasdaq Clearing, TCS BaNCS, T2S
