The
Solutions Architect
role requires a highly skilled and strategic professional to design and implement innovative technology solutions that align with Council's digital strategy. This is a critical position that demands leadership across the project lifecycle, including feasibility and vendor assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
They will possess extensive experience in IT architecture, enterprise projects, and solution design.
Knowledge of cloud computing, databases, and security principles is essential.
A proven track record of delivering complex, scalable IT solutions is also required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, are also essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with ICT, business, and transformation stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. They will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that align with business needs and Council's digital strategy.
