What role will you play?

As a Junior Solution Designer, you will influence the design and outcomes of innovative and strategic solutions by collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include conducting and presenting data analysis to support design decisions, applying best practice design principles (UX/UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and owning the design process to ensure solutions meet business needs.

What you offer
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business or Technology Business Analyst
  • A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to understand complexity and present key elements clearly
  • Experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SQL
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile
