Office Assistant
to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, pitch in wherever needed, and wants to build the foundations of a long-term career in corporate services.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the wheels turning across our office. Your day might include:
- Helping with mail, deliveries, and keeping supplies topped up across the office.
- Setting up and packing down firm events including other events-related tasks as required.
- Making sure all our kitchens are stocked and clean – coffee machines, fridges and dishwashers are always clean and ready to use.
- When ready, supporting Reception duties.
- Supporting the Operations team with other tasks as required.
