**About the Role**
Key Accountabilities include:
- Lead the EBA process
- Provide authoritative and accurate advice concerning a range of complex ER matters
- Provide expert guidance and support on case management for complex ER / IR issues.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of stakeholders.
- Ensure employment contracts and other relevant employment documentation are compliant.
- Review and implement P&C policies, programs and practices. - Identify non-compliance or areas for improvement for escalation to senior management
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements from preparation right through to implementation.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in either Employment Law, Human Resources Management or equivalent along with substantial relevant experience in complex organisations.
- Proven experience within various tribunals and the Fair Work Commission processes and ability to represent the organisation and work with external legal Counsel.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in a specialist employee relations role within a complex and large organisation.
- Substantial experience in complex case management and mentoring colleagues in the management and resolution of various matters and the ability to identify trends and take proactive action.
- Extensive experience in the development and review of various policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in change initiatives (including organisational restructures)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
