We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor with experience in medium-density townhome projects to join us.This role will be based in the Greenbank / Everleigh / Yarrabilba area.About the role :Supervise multiple townhome builds in a fast-paced environment.Coordinate with dedicated scheduling support to ensure timely delivery of projects.Reduce travel time by managing jobs within small geographic zones.Lead with a supportive and open leadership style to empower your team.Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for seamless operations.Utilize advanced construction software for scheduling and project management.Maintain a culture of professionalism and safety, prioritizing well-being.Our ideal candidate :Proven experience supervising multiple medium-density townhome projects.Existing network of trusted trades experienced in medium-density builds.Hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a valid QLD Site Supervisor's license.Possess a current, clean driver's license.Be a safety champion, ensuring a safe worksite for all.Strong communication skills to build trust with team members, clients, and trades.Perks of the job :Use of a company-provided unbranded Ford XLT for weekends, with unlimited kilometers and full personal vehicle use.Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance.Earn up to $1000 through our Referral Program for bringing talent onboard.Opportunities for career development within a supportive environment.Access to hundreds of retailer and supplier discounts from day one.Bring your trusted trades with you; we pay consistently and on time.Join our team :We are part of the Henley Properties Group, celebrating diversity and inclusion.
