Avia Homes is a young dynamic team seeking a Construction Supervisor with a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for:
Building quality homes in accordance with plans, specifications, and company policies within contracted timeframes.
Managing daily scheduling, trades, suppliers, deliveries, and completing administrative tasks.
Ensuring adherence to correct building practices and procedures.
Maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
Enforcing and adhering to OH&S regulations.
Attending monthly construction meetings.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
Trade or construction background.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong leadership and motivational skills.
Can manage multiple teams of subcontractors.
Can effectively schedule jobs within budget and time constraints.
Has exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Is confident in dealing with diverse people.
Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Possesses good communication skills, both oral and written.
Is passionate about producing high-quality work.
