**About the Role**

The Digital Communications Coordinator will be a core member of the communications team and will be managing digital content using Kentico.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the continued growth of the organizations social and digital communications including Kentico updates, webinar organization and video production, social media postings, PowerPoint presentation designing, finalizing documents for communications team, raising IT Tickets for website work
- Correlation of active activities for report (in master spreadsheet)
- Maintain and build EDM list/templates
- Proactively update and maintain the engagement board planner and monitor workload scheduling for new requests
- Sentiment benchmarking activities support
- Maintain general file management

**Working Conditions**:

- Hybrid
- Melbourne
- Part-time

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience using web content management systems such as Kentico
- Knowledge of Open Shot for Webinar Video Production
- Experience in social media postings using Hootsuite
- Expertise and knowledge of PPT and Adobe DC
- Great adaptable team player with excellent communication skills
