Plan, write, build and schedule social media content for your respective event(s), ensuring brand voice and content pillars are adhered to End-to-end management of email campaigns to encourage registrations and ticket sales as well as exhibitor stand and sponsorship sales – this includes data management, as directed by MM Coordinate with media partners to ensure timely delivery of deliverables such as copy, adverts and banner creatives Assist with briefing digital marketing agencies and suppliers on paid digital campaigns Create design assets (social tiles, web banners, video etc.) where required in Canva Collaborate with the MM and brand teams to develop ideas for content that can be shared with your respective event(s) audience, to encourage registrations, sales and year-round engagement Brief design agencies on creative elements required for the event, including but not limited to digital banners, brochures, social media tiles, email banners, general marketing collateral, and video content Brief videographers and photographers on creating required promotional content to be captured onsite Take ownership and ensure websites and other digital channels are always up to date Manage the execution of marketing related sponsorship deliverables Assist with data building projects in conjunction with MM Post event channel analysis Use of key marketing tools (Salesforce Account Engagement, WordPress, Events Air, Canva, Social channels, scheduling tool and Asana. Video editing software a plus).
A relevant business/marketing qualification 2-3 years of marketing experience Outstanding personal drive High communication skills – written and verbal Good understanding of brands, and the role of strategy High attention to detail with strong capabilities in terms of prioritising work and meeting deadlines Must be able to work on multiple initiatives / projects Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Skills and knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Publisher, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and key marketing platforms Ability to report on individual campaign aspects on an ongoing basis Good customer service and support standards Preferred experience with website CMS and email marketing systems Digital and social marketing proficiency Analytical mindset Organisational skills Customer-centric Attention to detail Creative thinking Team player If this sounds like you and you're looking to join a fun, passionate team, we'd love to hear from you – apply today
