We're seeking an exceptional National Media Digital Sales Manager to join our Domain Media Sales team in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the initiation, development, and coordination of effective advertising solutions to support our existing sales team. Your focus will be on providing crucial strategy, research, and collateral to drive key outcomes and secure revenue for the national team.

**On a daily basis, you'll**:
- Collaborate closely with the National Media Sales Director, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to formulate key strategic initiatives aimed at revenue growth and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with agencies and clients in the digital media marketplace.
- Be based in our Sydney office, servicing and managing digital agencies and trading desks nationally, and providing media solutions from both programmatic and direct digital perspectives.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and various business units across Domain.
- Attend and provide weekly updates within National sales meetings.
- Participate in weekly work-in-progress meetings with the National Media Sales Director.
- Liaise with the Domain Research team to keep clients informed about property and advertising industry developments, trends, and updates.
- Dedicate time to research and training to become an expert on the Domain product suite.
- Stay up-to-date with media industry trends and insights.
- Present new Domain product offerings to key clients in a timely manner.
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and industry functions to expand knowledge and network within the media and real estate industries.
- Recognize opportunities for further learning and development and discuss them with the National Media Sales Director.
- Be accountable to a national quarterly and annual sales target
**You possess**:
- Previous experience in Media Sales Leadership roles.
- Experience managing teams of at least 2-3 staff members.
- Proven expertise in digital sales across publishing and programmatic businesses.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of delivering or surpassing budgets.
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Business.
- Advertising or Marketing experience is a must.
- Relevant work history for reasonable periods in roles with multi-tasking, deadline driven, customer focused tasks with a sales support focus.
