The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead sales in media and advertising, deliver revenue outcomes, and scale strategic client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-performance national sales strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Deliver integrated sales campaigns aligned with client and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Represent The Nightly at industry events and meetings.

About You

  • 5–8 years' experience in digital/media sales, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and emerging tech platforms.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
