Mathematical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Mathematician to champion excellence in teaching and learning at a forward-thinking educational institution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of implementing innovative maths education practices, driving growth and innovation in mathematics teaching.
Lead a team of experienced teachers with a minimum of 5 years classroom experience, showcasing high-impact teaching practices.
Develop instructional coaching skills to support colleagues in adopting best practice in explicit teaching methods.
Foster a supportive leadership style that inspires growth, collaboration, and accountability among staff members.
Teach Year 7 or 8 classes, as well as senior classes, as part of an Explicit Teaching Coaching Program.
