Job Description:

The position of Education Leader for the Mathematics Learning Area is a key role within our institution, responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes in mathematics. This involves collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective pedagogies, assessing student progress, and making data-driven decisions to improve instructional strategies.

This leader will work closely with the Director of Innovation, Instructional Coaches, and other educators to foster a culture of excellence in mathematics education. They will be instrumental in guiding, supporting, developing, and strengthening the attributes, knowledge, and skills of staff to ensure every student achieves success.

The Education Leader will also oversee course provision, ensuring that curriculum is rigorous and relevant, and that teachers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of mathematics education and pedagogy.
