The roleThe Principal Planning Officer (Projection Methodologies) will contribute to the development of statewide service planning for Queensland Health through research, analysis and interpretation of data and information. This role involves:
- developing health service planning guidelines and reports
- analyzing service plans and related documents
- researching clinical evidence to identify future priorities and issues
- presenting recommendations for policy and service planning based on international, national, and state resources
- preparing high-level documents and reports
- identifying health service needs for healthcare commissioning
There may be a requirement to travel on occasions to fulfil the responsibilities of this role.
