Job Description:

  • Manage and curate engaging digital content across all channels and platforms.
  • Oversee and administer content, updates, edits, and changes to the eCommerce store and websites based on data and industry trends.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and assist with enhancing the customer experience through website optimisation and continuous improvement of existing and new digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and manage website content in collaboration with internal teams.
  2. Add products to the eCommerce site and handle stakeholder approvals.
  3. Ensure accurate product information across eCommerce channels.
  4. Work with stakeholders to integrate systems for a smooth UX and CX.
  5. Create landing pages for promotional campaigns with Merchandise, Procurement, Marketing, and Digital teams.
  6. Improve UI, UX, and CX through ongoing website development.
  7. Create new pages and navigation options within platform constraints.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities.
  9. Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing digital platforms and systems.
Requirements
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and provide exceptional results in the digital space.
  • Previous website administration, content management, and image editing experience (particularly Adobe Photoshop) is essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of digital project management tools and user experience principles will be highly regarded.
