Lead Platform Developer
We are seeking a skilled Lead Platform Developer to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our platform applications.
This role involves leading agile development sprints, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the team has adequate oversight and support for platform applications.
Team Leadership:
Manage the Platforms Support Team, supporting, coaching and mentoring your team with their professional development goals.
Tech Oversight:
Oversight and escalation point for technical support for the platform team applications, monitoring work on technical tasks.
Sprint Planning:
Work with the product owner and solution architects to form development sprints and assign out work to platform team members.
Risk Management:
Identify risks, raise them to the Platform Manager, and work together with the Senior Solution Architect and Product Owner/s to form contingency plans.
In this role, you will also contribute to the technical management of the Platform, including participating in solution design, release management, exception handling, peer review, technical development and support of the platforms wherever needed.
