Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered.
The global Technical Customer Success team sits at the critical interface between the end users and the teams that develop these software solutions.
As Aurora continues to expand its software presence in APAC, this team is essential to Aurora's growth.We are seeking a driven Analyst to join the Technical Customer Success team in Sydney and train, advise & support software customers within the APAC region.
The successful candidate will combine astute analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with energy sector clients to integrate Aurora's software products into their decision-making processes.
They will be confident in topics concerning power markets and the energy transition and desire to work in a creative, intellectually stimulating, and supportive environment, where they will play a driving role in one of Aurora's key strategic priorities.
Responsibilities Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate Aurora's software products into their decision-making processesMeet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain Aurora's client base in APACGuide customers as they use the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market viewTroubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skillsOnboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across Aurora's software suite and relevant power markets knowledgeRepresent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmapsActively contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team What we are looking for Required attributes:Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subjectAt least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experienceDeep interest in the energy transition and SaaS productsSelf-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledgePassion for working with clients across the energy sectorExcellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topicsAble to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and informationCustomer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue outcomes mutually beneficial to all stakeholdersDesirable attributes:Consulting experienceEnergy sector experienceWell-versed in SaaS products/processes What we offer HCF private health insurance25 days annual leaveAccess to Perkbox - An Employee discount platformNovated car leasingPaid parental leaveSpecsavers corporate eyecare packageAccess to the Aurora Academy, our training programme offering a range of opportunities to develop your skills within the responsibilities of your role and within the wider context of the industry.Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering a complete support network that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7/365, covering a wide range of personal and professional aspectsThe Company is committed to the principle that no employee or job applicant shall receive unfavorable treatment on grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity.
