
Technical Customer Success Analyst

We are seeking a detail-driven Analyst to join our Technical Customer Success team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting software customers within the APAC region.
The successful candidate will combine astute analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with energy sector clients to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes
- Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain our client base in APAC
- Guide customers as they use our software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
- Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills
- Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge
- Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject
- At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience
- Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge
- Passion for working with clients across the energy sector
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics
- Able to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information
