**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Operations Supervisor, you'll manage and maintain a 50,000m2 Premium Grade Asset in Docklands. You'll oversee site budgets, accounting & finance, maintenance & operations, contract services, equipment & supplies and occupancy services.

**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on-site client expectations are met

Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels

Act as the key point of contact for facilities within the portfolio

Ensure vendors are well-managed and deliver timely services within budget

Continually assess contracts to deliver best value to the client

Oversee health and safety requirements for workers and visitors

Implement JLL Operational Risk Management program and seek continuous improvement opportunities

Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor matters

Effectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordingly

Manage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reporting

Ensure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approval

Oversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI's, stakeholders and JLL

Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as required

Actively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success

Implement, comply with all internal management systems such as Evolution, JLL onsite, CMO and iComply

Strive to achieve and maintain sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS team

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Highly experienced in Facilities, Property Management or related, qualifications are also highly regarded

Proven track record of delivering client satisfaction

Engaging people manager who develops a thriving team

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Excellent stakeholder engagement, able to build and maintain relationships

Experienced with vendor management and critical facilities

Understanding of commercial contracts

Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
