Davidson Technology are assiting in the appointment of a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join an non-profit organization and contribute to their mission of improving health and wellbeing.

As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in a digital and technology-enabled transformation program. This ambitious project aims to uplift their digital backbone, implement enterprise platforms, and develop innovative technology-driven solutions. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the project team and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of strategic benefits and key outcomes.

Responsibilities and Activities:

- Analyze project data to generate accurate and timely performance reports, draft project status updates, and assist in the preparation of business cases and information papers.
- Maintain and update the project schedule, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
- Manage project finances, including invoicing, payment processing, budget tracking, and variance justifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that risk registers and mitigation plans are up to date.
- Coordinate with the project team for recruitment, financial reporting, and status updates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for project team members and ensure adherence to agreed ways of working.
- Provide logístical support for workshops, including facilities management, attendee coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Support the project in any other tasks required for successful delivery.

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experiences:

- Significant experience as a project coordinator or officer, with a proven track record of timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Strong project financial management skills and experience.
- Sound knowledge and experience in ICT project implementations, preferably within the Health Sector.
- Proficient computer literacy, information management, and presentation skills, with experience in specialized project management software.
- Self-managing capability and adaptability to ongoing change in a complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Commitment to fostering a positive culture and employee experience within the integrated project team.
