We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer with experience in customer service administration to support customers with advice and arrange appointments with our specialist consultant team.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with customers to plan and implement agreed servicesSchedule appointmentsMaintain busy inboxes with queries, appointments, and non-appointment servicesProvide administrative and operational support to consultant practitionersProvide information and advice to customers or prospective customers Undertake other tasks for the Client Services team and support the wider teamQualificationsDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic, friendly, and helpful personal approachStrong prioritisation skills with flexibilityAttention to detailComputer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)Benefits and cultureMedilaw offers a fast-paced, client-focused team environment.
