**The Role -**
The Dynamics 365 F&O Support Specialist will play the pivotal role within the group in taking responsibility for the on-going implementations, maintenance and operation of the System's core modules (mainly Supply-Chain and Finance) and its integrations using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Application.

This high visibility position will require strong functional and a level of technical acumen blended with business facing skills and a genuine enthusiasm for maximising the return on investment for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and leveraging the various system process improvements.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Extensive Support (technical or functional) or Hands-on implementation and design experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Dynamics AX (Supply-Chain and/or Finance, will favourably be considered but open to all modules)
- Ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with all levels of colleagues and internal clients
- Knowledge and experience in full SDLC is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to think about the impact and benefits of technology to a business
