Transformational Business Solutions Leader

Job Description:

As a Transformational Business Solutions Leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and implement innovative solutions.

This role involves leading the design and implementation of integrated processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and core business functions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end business solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O modules
  • Configure and customize systems to meet business requirements
  • Develop and manage data integration strategies
  • Lead testing and quality assurance efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience with D-365 F&O modules, including hands-on project delivery as a functional consultant in a client-facing role
  • In-depth knowledge of Record-to-report, Service-to-Cash, Transactional Finance, and related functional requirements for D-365 F&O modules
  • Experience in configuring and using F&O modules of D-365 software
  • Deep understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing, and retail
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, cloud deployment, and best practices
  • Experience with data migration tools, integrations, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Basic understanding of development concepts such as X++ and integration patterns; deep technical expertise is not required
