As a Virtual Sales Representative, you'll engage healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home.At FarmaForce, we value integrity, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
We are building a passionate, high-performing sales team that thrives on connection and results.The Role & Responsibilities:As a Virtual Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with healthcare providers, promote pharmaceutical products, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.This position is onsite at our Sydney or Macquarie Park office with a hybrid work arrangement (2/3 days onsite).
Develop relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leadersProvide information on pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionalsConduct virtual meetings, webinars, and presentationsAnalyze market data to identify opportunitiesStay updated on industry developments and sales techniques Skills & Experience: 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or healthcare roles; pharma experience preferredExcellent verbal communication skills with a confident virtual presenceStrong storytelling and persuasive skillsAbility to build trust in a virtual environmentSelf-motivated and team-orientedProficient with virtual platforms and digital sales toolsInterest in healthcare and pharmaceuticals is a plus Benefits & Perks: We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, industry-leading products, and a range of benefits including discounts, memberships, parental leave, private health insurance, and more.
