About the Role

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver virtual tours and guide customers through the sales journey
• Follow up on warm and hot leads from our website and marketing channels
• Create tailored proposals that win sales and deliver value
• Update and maintain our CRM (Hubspot) with precision
• Be a key part of a motivated and high-performing sales team

What You'll Need

• 2+ years experience sales role
• Strong closing ability and results orientation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot a bonus)
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached

The Details

Hours: Flexible part-time hours includes some Saturday work.

Location: Display Centre at Blaxland 2774

Training: Full support and training provided
