We're looking for a PPhoto Lab Front Desk Assistant to help support our key staff personnel.
**We are not looking for photographers, we are seeking lab production support.**

We need someone who has a passion for our role in the photographic industry. We're looking for someone who is dedicated to serving others and wants to work together as a team to build a strong partnership. This role is suitable for a student.

At Rewind Photo Lab we believe in providing a high-quality product and customer experience. We will not settle for mediocrity and strive to always find better ways to serve our client base. We want to make our services as accessible to newcomers as possible and create a seamless environment for our regulars.

- An extreme level of organisational skills, both professionally and personally
- Work well in a fast-paced group setting
- Availability to work shift hours between 8am to 6pm
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solver with the ability to process and resolve issues quickly
- Takes personal responsibility seriously
- Dedicated and committed to helping us deliver on producing only the best quality products to our customers.
- Interest in technical processes and variables

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Support the production team positively
- Service customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing products for delivery
- Maintain and monitor store inventory
- Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES**
- Extensive retail experience
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Basic Photoshop and Lightroom skills
- Preferred basic product knowledge of some films and cameras
- Sufficient eyesight for determining colour, density and quality
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
