Part Time Photo Lab Assistant Role

The Harvey Norman Wiley Park Photo Centre is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Part Time Photo Lab Assistant.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the team in delivering great results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the daily operation of the photo lab, including developing and printing photographs
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate advice is provided to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
