Reporting to the Factory Manager, the primary components of your role will include:

- Building machinery from the ground up;
- Coordinating the assembly of stock product levels and custom project orders;
- Managing the workload of your assembly crew to meet production schedule deadlines;
- Motivating and training your assembly crew, encouraging quality craftsmanship and professional development;
- Collaborating with wider business departments including sales and warehousing to ensure harmonious flow from parts to product and delivery;
- Communicating with stakeholders in production planning and day to day progress;
- Contributing to the management of stock levels, with the support of the stocktake team;
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and;
- Strictly adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, taking all actions to care for yourself and your team.

This is an opportunity to utilise your mechanical aptitude, appreciation for craftmanship and organised nature to lead a successful assembly team. You will be equipped with the skills to lead, coordinate and manage a substantial number of moving parts.
