Reporting to the Factory Manager, the primary components of your role will include:

- Building machinery from the ground up;
- Coordinating the assembly of stock product levels and custom project orders;
- Managing the workload of your assembly crew to meet production schedule deadlines;
- Motivating and training your assembly crew, encouraging quality craftsmanship and professional development;
- Collaborating with wider business departments including sales and warehousing to ensure harmonious flow from parts to product and delivery;
- Communicating with stakeholders in production planning and day to day progress;
- Contributing to the management of stock levels, with the support of the stocktake team;
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and;
- Strictly adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, taking all actions to care for yourself and your team.
