Zarraffa's Coffee Warwick currently has positions available for Supervisors to join their enthusiastic team.

Zarraffa's Coffee aims to create a culture that is inviting to our customers; promoting a fun environment and sharing a smile is important.
Supervisor responsibilities may also include the below tasks:
- Customer Service
- Cashing Orders
- Making Coffee
- Reconcile till
Supervise fellow staff
Stock control
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Responsible for open & closing of store
As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.
The positions available are casual offering up to 38 hours a week. Seven-day flexibility is required for the position including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
