Job Overview
This newly created role will oversee the strategic direction of aged care services, encompassing residential sites, independent living units and community-based services.
Main Responsibilities
Lead a team of approximately 160 staff members across various home-based Aged Care services under Support at Home, CHSP & HACC funding streams.
Strategically guide clinical and care standards, compliance, and accreditation.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Manage workforce, human resources, and organisational development across multiple sites and teams.
Engage stakeholders and the community through advocacy for consumer-centred care and resident rights.
Requirements
Executive leadership experience in aged care, health, or human services with demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
Strong operational and financial acumen, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of targets while maintaining high-quality care.
Qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration.
