Job Overview

This newly created role will oversee the strategic direction of aged care services, encompassing residential sites, independent living units and community-based services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 160 staff members across various home-based Aged Care services under Support at Home, CHSP & HACC funding streams.
  • Strategically guide clinical and care standards, compliance, and accreditation.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Manage workforce, human resources, and organisational development across multiple sites and teams.
  • Engage stakeholders and the community through advocacy for consumer-centred care and resident rights.
Requirements
  • Executive leadership experience in aged care, health, or human services with demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of targets while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration.
