Support committees to undertake Inquiries on matters relating to their portfolio areas of responsibility, or on any issue referred to them by the Legislative Assembly or under an Act;
Advise committees on parliamentary law, practice and procedure; and
Plan and support committee hearings, consultations, and site visits, prepare briefings and reports, and communicate with stakeholders, in a high-profile, high-stakes environment.
