At Carbon Offroad, we're Australia's leading name for recovery gear and winches – keeping adventurers moving and making sure they get back again. We're on the hunt for a Junior Sales & Customer Service Rep to join us on-site at our HQ and help customers kit up for their next big trip.
Your Role in the Carbon Crew
As the friendly voice and face of Carbon Offroad, and the go-to guide for our customers' off-road adventures, you'll spend your days:
- Go-To Guru: Being the first point of contact for our retail, trade, and dealership customers. You'll answer calls and emails with confidence, give solid product advice, or connect them with the right teammate.
- Order Master: Processing orders fast and flawlessly so customers get their gear without delays.
- Showroom Superstar: Welcoming walk-in customers to Carbon HQ, helping them find exactly what they need, and making their visit worth the trip.
- Outbound Legend: Checking in with our B2B customers regularly to lock in monthly orders and keep them up to date on our latest deals.
- Quoting Pro: Turning around accurate quotes quickly, because when our customers are ready to gear up, they don't want to wait.
- Customer Champion: Making every interaction, whether in person, on the phone, or online—so good they'll be back for their next upgrade.
You'll be rocking a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, with the occasional chance to spend exciting weekends at shows and industry events.

If you've got some extra kilometres on the clock when it comes to 4x4 knowledge, you'll be our secret weapon:
- Sound Mechanical Know-How: You understand 4WDs, how they work, and what makes them tick.
- Accessory Aficionado: You know your way around the huge range of 4WD accessories out there.
- Real-World Experience: You've hit the tracks, toured Australia, or lived the 4x4 lifestyle yourself.
