**About the Role**

We are a timber installation company. A flexible and part-time Bookkeeper opportunity has become available based in our Lidcombe office. It is 2-3 days a week, work hours are 9am - 5pm.

We are looking for a motivated and approachably experience person, generally be responsible for bank reconciliation and payrolls regarding labour cost, and willing to help and smooth Administrators/officer for operational activities.

**Main Tasks & responsibilities**
- Processing weekly payroll up to 30 staff & associated reporting
- Bank Reconciliation

**We expect you**
- Be capable of using computers and office related software like Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Would Better have some basic knowledge of MYOB, our data entry system
- Pay attention to details
- Be self-motivated
- Have a valid visa
- Speak fluent mandarin (**It is a MUST**)
