A large Australian owned beverage manufacturer located in
**Lisarow** are experiencing a growth in business and are needing experienced Food/Beverage based
**Quality Control Officers.**
- This will be an ongoing casual position with a view to permanency._

**Duties**:
Reporting to the Quality Manager your responsibilities include:

- Perform food safety and standardization audits on products
- Review and monitor all set quality control programs and quality control test results
- Organize daily tests on products
- Review and update quality control reports on a weekly basis
- Perform inspections of materials to ensure food, health, and safety
- Evaluate product in accordance with customer feedback
- Assist with production line

**Skills/Experience as a minimum for the above roles**:

- Preferred knowledge of HACCP
- Proven experience in a Quality Control role
- Problem solving and strong time management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to start early in the morning (Day shifts) and finish late (Afternoon shifts)
- Full working rights to work a minimum of 38 hours a week ongoing

**You will be required to handle products that contain alcohol.**
