Toll Transitions is a stand-alone business brand under which Toll delivers relocation, removal and workplace services. This entity is market focused and customer centred. The business objectives of this entity are to achieve profit growth and service excellence, centred on current and future market trends and customer needs.

As Purchasing & Procurement Associate you will focus on processing removals and storage services end-to-end via data entry in the Transitions Management System and record keeping.

Key responsibilities include:

- Process removals and storage services from receipt of move to delivery, this involves procuring the provider/supplier, processing the various move activities from pick-up times and dates to delivery times and dates, to moves into storage and out of storage, and liaising with the member's case manager.
- Identify causes of service problems e.g. picking up/delivering late, and facilitate and resolve with appropriate parties.
- Keep relevant parties, i.e. Case Managers, Transition Consultants, Transitions Service Manager, fully informed with regards to supplier requirements and issues
- Make considered purchasing decision of providers/suppliers for removals and storage services, in line with existing contracts, purchasing arrangements and business objectives
- Ensure the data integrity in all Toll Transitions' systems

Skills and experience required;
- Fast and accurate data entry and administration skills
- Customer service experience displaying empathy, patience and listening skills.
- Knowledge of the Transitions industry and terms such as notices, loads, volumes, etc.
- Problem-solving/conflict resolution skills, ie able to understand and fix issues as they arise.
- Capacity to learn new technology and processes quickly.
- Capacity to work with service and financial-related KPIs.
- Experience with working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Time planning and management skills.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite of product
