**About the Role**:
**What you will do;**:

- Preparing and processing end-to-end payroll using Chris21 and Success Factors
- Maintaining employee Masterfile records
- Processing new starters, transfers, employee terminations and variations to employment conditions
- Ensure legislative and regulatory rules are followed
- Responding to payroll related queries from employees, management and external agencies
- Processing workers compensation and income protection payments
- Providing calculations for redundancy estimates
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information
- Supporting other Payroll team members as required

**What we are looking for;**:

- 2+ years payroll experience processing full function high volume payroll, ideally within construction
- Chris21 and Success Factors experience would be an advantage
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and processes e.g. Tax, Superannuation and Terminations
