Where this role fits in
You'll join our People & Performance Solutions team, working closely with Payroll and HR Systems. This newly created role is a key part of our onshore capability uplift, helping reduce complexity, resolve integration issues, and create a better experience for our teams across the business.
About the role
We're looking for someone who loves solving problems and getting things right. You'll play a critical role in supporting payroll processes, investigating errors, and helping the business move toward smarter, cleaner system integrations.
What you'll be doing
- Troubleshoot payroll-related integration issues and data errors
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Systems to streamline workflows
- Respond to stakeholder queries with clarity and confidence
- Improve compliance, documentation, and reporting practices
- Help resolve issues during critical payroll periods
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve system performance and accuracy
Who we're looking for
You've got experience in payroll operations and feel comfortable in the grey—solving problems, asking questions, and making things better. You're detail-driven, calm under pressure, and enjoy partnering with both technical and non-technical teams alike.
